Sarah Sauer

Sarah Sauer was born and raised in Texas and at a young age found her creative home in the process-driven mediums of ceramics and printmaking. She completed her Bachelor’s in Fine Arts at Trinity University in 2013 and the following year, she founded Guten Co., a production ceramics studio now located in downtown San Antonio, TX. Over the past decade, Sauer has become known for her inventive ceramic forms, curated color palette, and meticulous craftsmanship, with every piece shaped, glazed, and finished by hand.
