Paula Owen

Paula Owen was the leader of Southwest School of Art for 27 years prior to her retirement in 2022.  Her background also includes leadership of the Visual Arts Center of Richmond, Virginia.  Her writing about art has been published in books, exhibition catalogs, and periodicals, and she has been appointed to numerous civic and art-related panels and boards.  Additionally, she has maintained her art practice, participating in exhibitions across the nation.  Her work is in private and museum collections.
